1. Our Products

Onna Crystal offers natural crystal jewelry, decorative crystal vessels, crystal gardens, and lifestyle accessories.

Because our products feature natural stones and handcrafted elements, variations in color, texture, clarity, shape, veining, and mineral inclusions may occur. These characteristics make each piece unique and do not, by themselves, constitute defects where the product otherwise conforms to its description and applicable quality requirements.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, measurements, and prices.

Any references to crystal energy, astrology, spirituality, or wellness are intended for personal reflection and lifestyle purposes only. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to product availability, payment verification, and acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, material pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other fees will be disclosed before order completion as required by law.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact hello@onnacrystal.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before dispatch.

Any mandatory statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

Delivery estimates may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

We will handle delivery-related issues in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Risk of loss or damage will transfer to you only as permitted by applicable law.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible non-defective products, beginning on the date of delivery.

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, items must generally be unused, in their original condition, and returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for actual return shipping costs for ordinary change-of-mind returns. We do not charge restocking fees.

For defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products, we will provide appropriate remedies, including refunds or free replacements where applicable, in accordance with our policy and applicable law.

Please contact hello@onnacrystal.com before returning any item to obtain return instructions and the appropriate return address. Do not send items back without first contacting us.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not replace, shorten, or restrict any mandatory statutory cancellation, return, refund, or consumer guarantee rights.
